Banana Ice Cream

I found this really cool recipe for one ingredient ice cream in my search for what to do with leftover bananas. You can use them to make ice cream - who knew!
Slice up your peeled bananas and put them in the freezer. Mine were in for about two days and seemed to do just fine.
I put them in the blender and blended over and over and over until they were creamy and smooth. I think the food processor would have worked better but I wont have that until we are back home.
Also, I took too long to take a picture so it had already started melting a little.
It really has the consistency of soft ice cream. Greer loved it!
I think this is a great idea for using old bananas and also something that's naturally sweet!
