Happy Halloween

This will be the most "catch up" post of all time. It's been quite awhile since I've posted. I have made several things. I've barely photographed any of my cooking but I will share what I've done!

Last night was Halloween! My spunky little one is not happy with anything on her head, therefore her puppy costume was a no go. But I did manage to get a picture of her picking out our pumpkins. And one with her after they were carved.I made my pumpkin seeds again.

I have taken a few pictures of our CSA Boxes lately. They have been filled with lots of goodies and I've enjoyed trying some new things. Here are some Turnips. With them I made this. Scalloped Turnips. They were delish. I omitted the flour but I use dairy (some paleo people don't) so this was a really cool treat for us. It was SOOOOO good!

I made a spaghetti casserole with gluten free noodles. For a busy week it was a great dish to last us. Again, I'm pushing the boundaries of what most people consider "Paleo" but for us it works.

Another meal we have a lot is grilled steak, sweet potato fries and a salad.

Hope everyone had a fun Halloween!
