Beef & Chicken

This week we grilled some beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon and grilled some zucchini for a side. This really isn't a "recipe" just a good easy paleo meal.
These beef tenderloins were on sale for $4.99 each at Whole Foods. We just seasoned them up with some McCormicks steak seasoning and threw them on!
I sliced the zucchini lengthwise and cut off both ends.
I mixed up some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and dipped each slice of zucchini in and put in on to grill. About 5 minutes on each side depending on how hot your grilling your meat, just check them. When you pull the zucchini back off the grill put each strip back in the bowl with your delicious mixture and toss to coat.

I also made chicken for Adam to take to work for the week.I found this chicken at Whole Foods, it's a whole chicken just already cut up for you. I really like this so you get all the parts in one and you know none of the chicken was wasted.
I coated the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, then coated the chicken liberally with these two spices, as well as some Worcestershire sauce to keep it from getting dry.I baked the chichen at 350ยบ for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
On another note. In our backyard we have a Coolaroo dog bed. Our dogs love it. We often say it's the best $40 we've ever spent. As you can see it's just another stressful day for Cooper! We're off to Blue Ridge this weekend! More from my paleo kitchen soon!
