Shrimp Saute

Last night I bought some fresh shrimp from our local Farmer's Market. I got wild caught from the Gulf of Mexico! I melted some butter in a skillet and added garlic. I dropped in the shrimp and added some seasoning; salt, pepper, red pepper, Cajun then some white wine.
Next time I will go ahead and peel the shrimp before I cook it so it will take in more flavor!
I made okra by sauteing it in olive oil and salt. I also made some green beans. I ate some olives as well to get a complete meal of protein, carb and fat.
