Paleo Snack

Here is a great example of a Paleo snack.
Protein: Sliced Turkey
Carbohydrate: 1 Cup Strawberries (fruit and veggies are "good carbs")
Fat: 3 almond stuffed olives, one half avocado

Yes I listed Fat - there are such things as good fats which include nuts, olives, olive oils, avocados and mayonnaise. I will get more detailed later, but this snack will leave you feeling satisfied and give you plenty of energy to get through the day.
